This TED speaker’s writing has appeared in the IDEA Fitness Journal,  Fitness Magazine, NSCA Performance Journal, and been in numerous Fitness DVDs.  As a presenter,  Fraser is dynamic and high-energy with a unique entertaining style that motivates and inspires many.
