Today's conversation is with Vee Lea, who’s currently a coach, creator of One Minute Mobility
and co-founder of Trybe, training center for gymnastics, weightlifting, acrobatics, and movement, in Hong Kong.
Under her belt of co-founding and founding establishments, they include Aerial Arts Academy in Hong Kong
Viva Vertical in Malaysia, Viva Circus performing troupe, Fly Yoga, and the International Pole Dance Fitness Association

As much as Vee's involved in the health and fitness industry today, the serial entrepreneur had accumulated rich experiences working in music, arts and corporate where she had her fair share of struggles with various industries, identities, and injuries.  Now gravitating towards a specialty in mobility, she witnesses how her clients struggle in their own lives while those mental fights express themselves in forms of bodily dysfunctions.  Through in-person and online coaching, she wants her clients to learn how to resolve restrictions and enjoy a body that is capable of handling all that life, and everyone, wants it to do.

A quote I like from her is “My goal as a coach is to impart knowledge to my students on how to respect and master their own body so that they can enjoy the journey towards achieving goals”
